Reservations

We value our guests' time and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy. We kindly request you reserve your appointments with either credit card number or a gift card to guarantee reservations.

When to Arrive

For your first visit, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time for a spa tour, changing into your spa attire and a consultation. We ask that our returning guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment to allow for proper check in. For late arrivals, we reserve the right to finish our service on time, as scheduled.

Spa Attire

Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and out therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapists will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make any special requests to ensure your comfort.

ATMOSPHERE

For the Spa

In order to preserve this environment, we ask that you respect the privacy of our other guests and their wish to experience self renewal. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers before you enter the building. Children 12 or older are welcome in the spa if they have an appointment for services.

For the Salon

Children of any age are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.

Gift Cards

We are happy to provide gift cards for all of our salon services. They make a great gift for birthdays, special occasions, or just to say thank you to your family and friends. Gift Cards can be also used in Salon Boutique only and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and no change will be given as unused value remains on our guest’s salon-spa account. All gift cards have an expiration date, and guests must bring the original gift card with them to each appointment.

Take Aveda Home

Every pure plant and flower product used during our service is available for purchase, so that you may continue your spa experience at home. Gift packages are also available, and are the perfect "thank you" for a special someone.

RETURN POLICY

All retail items must be returned within 30 days, with a receipt. Worn merchandise will not be accepted for a return. 50% off merchandise is a final sale.

Methods Of Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, check and cash. Payment is due upon services rendered.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice (72 hours for groups of three or more) if you must cancel an appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours (72 hours for groups of two or more), a charge for the full appointment service fee will be billed to your card or deducted from your gift card.
